How to recover if you connected Doxie Pro to your PC before installing Doxie's software.

If you connect Doxie Pro to your PC before installing Doxie's software, it's possible your computer may auto-select the wrong driver for Doxie, or Doxie won't be recognized at all. Just follow these steps:

1. Unplug Doxie Pro's USB cable from your computer.
2. Download and install Doxie's software.
3. When prompted during Doxie's software install, plug in Doxie's USB cable.
